Commercial Partners Realty agent Jim Engelmann was recently honored with the CREW Tampa Bay 2021 Sales Transaction Excellence Award. Engelmann earned the award for his work on the sale of the 164-acre Cypress Ranch development, in which he represented the sellers of the property, which sold for $13,750,000.00. Jim is a land specialist in Pasco and Hernando Counties.
The property is one of the last large development sites along the State Road 54 corridor. In 2020 Engelmann and his clients were able to complete the sale of the Phase I, commercial portion of the property, with the Ferber company, and in February of this year they completed the second and final phase of the transaction. The developers have already locked in tenants and buyers for most of the site and began their development the day after closing.
