Bozikovich represented the tenant Jersey Girls LLC, also known as Taylor Sam’s Coffee &

at 312 3rd Street South in the Camden Pier District. The location is easily accessible,
walkable from many of the new and soon to be finished residential towers, and only
a few blocks from Central Avenue. This superb location will serve Taylor Sam’s well for their
