Strategic Property Exchanges plans to develop a Woody’s Car Wash in this bustling location of Wesley Chapel.
Frank also represented another buyer for Cash American Pawn shop located in the Skyway Marina District at 3801 34th street south. Vaped LLC., represented by Pete Dagios of Dunedin Realty, sold this 11,117-sf building to BLR Financial LLC. for $2,450,000. The new owner is a local investor.
