Wade Burchett

Wade Burchett is an Office Specialist with Commercial Partners Realty, specializing in office leasing throughout the Tampa Bay region. He is committed to helping business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants make informed real estate decisions by combining market research, financial analysis, and a client-first approach.

Before beginning his career with Commercial Partners Realty, Wade proudly served in the United States Army, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his professional approach. Following his military service, he earned his bachelor’s degree, double majoring in Business and Marketing with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Alabama. He then completed his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate at Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business.

Throughout his academic career, Wade demonstrated a commitment to leadership and service, holding leadership positions within both veteran and graduate student organizations, including serving as President of the graduate student body at Texas Christian University and Vice President of Graduate Student Veterans. These experiences reinforced his belief that successful client relationships are built on trust, communication, and consistently putting others’ interests first.

At Commercial Partners Realty, Wade is focused on building long-term relationships by providing responsive service, thoughtful guidance, and diligent market analysis. He believes every transaction deserves careful attention and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate objectives while creating lasting value.

Outside of work, Wade enjoys strength training, running, playing rugby, supporting Alabama athletics, and spending time exploring the Tampa Bay community.
