With a focus on retail properties, Sandy brings knowledge from her management background including her experience in retail and the food and beverage industry.

Sandy works with owners of Class A properties as well as distressed properties. Her expertise has grown to include:

Sandy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida and completed graduate work at the University of South Florida. Organizational memberships include CCIM West Coast District, Tampa Bay Retail Alliance, Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Green Building Council.

In addition to buyer and tenant representation, Sandy has been assisting clients with Shopping Center space leasing as well as leasing for a freestanding restaurant.
