Marko Radosavljevic

Marko Radosavljevic (Rados) is an Industrial & Flex Specialist at CPR. He provides real estate solutions to industrial clients in the Hillsborough Airport Market and surrounding areas.

Marko began his career in 2017 when he graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. His first job after college was with a digital marketing agency, where he quickly realized his true passion was for real estate. A decision also influenced by his family’s significant involvement in real estate in eastern Europe. Utilizing his marketing background, he is adept at creating specific programs for each of his listings and clients. This allows each deal to operate as a unique opportunity that speaks to the widest range of users.

Since joining the CPR team, Marko has developed a keen eye for seeing the roadblocks or deal hazards prior to them occurring and counsels his clients to avoid them. This is especially true as he assists our clients in navigating the Hillsborough market with limited vacancies and identifying the relevant opportunities. This in turn, helps to save our partners time and allow them to focus on their business. His goal with every client partnership is to alleviate the headache and stress of trying to find the right space that meets their unique needs.

When he’s not in the office is spending time outdoors with friends, fishing, working out/playing soccer, traveling, and cooking/trying new dishes. Marko also believes that at the right place and the right time, pineapple can indeed belong on pizza.
