Hannah Lynn

Hannah Lynn is a Florida State University summa cum laude graduate with bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Risk Management/Insurance, achieving a 3.97 GPA. Prior to graduation, Hannah earned her real estate license at the age of 20. With four years of experience in commercial real estate, she specializes in retail leasing and sales, representing both landlords and tenants. Her focus on mixed-use developments allows her to thoughtfully curate and merchandise retail spaces that benefit surrounding communities and residents. Hannah also enjoys helping local operators expand their presence into new markets.

Born and raised in South Tampa, Hannah has extensive knowledge of the Tampa MSA. She serves on a committee for the Tampa Bay Retail Alliance (TBRA) and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

When she’s not working, Hannah enjoys spending time on the water, fostering dogs, and volunteering with local animal shelters. She also pet-sits, loves trying new restaurants, and enjoys supporting her clients’ local businesses while connecting with new people.
