David Culligan

David Culligan is an Office and Industrial Specialist for CPR. He focuses on and assists clients in the Tampa Market.

As a Gainesville native, David attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. After college, he began his career in real estate representing a large industrial developer in leasing warehouse distribution complexes.

Later on, he was the Owner and President of Centerpointe Development. Centerpointe was a developer of office and retail projects in the Tampa Bay Region.  After moving on from development,  David went on to become a Managing Director at a national brokerage office. His focus now is assisting his office and industrial clients in the pursuit of lease negotiations, and the purchase and sale of properties in the Tampa Bay Region.

David’s diverse but direct real estate experience is what sets him apart from his peers. He has the ability to see the deal from multiple angles. Subsequently, David can speak to the pain points of all parties, which is a great asset.

He’s an expert in real estate forecast planning and the finite details of negotiating. Clients lean on his long-term market presence and the relationships he has cultivated over the years as an area real estate expert.

Outside of assisting landlords, tenants, investors, and developers – David enjoys golfing and biking the trails throughout the Hillsborough and Pasco County areas.
