Dana Koay, ACoM

Dana Koay is the Operations Manager at CPR and has been a valuable part of the team since 2008. As part of the CPR Team, Dana facilitates the day to day needs for our agents, and now leads our property management division and its development, Commercial Partners Property Management. She is constantly encouraging the team in their new endeavors and ensuring CPR has all the tools we need for success.

She graduated with a Master’s in English Literature from Northeastern University and began her career in real estate marketing in Toledo, OH, where she learned the ins and outs of real estate and the usefulness of negotiating to increase the value of properties. Her understanding of the industry and its intricacies is what makes her such an asset to our team.

Dana is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and an executive council member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is Chair of CREW’s City in Pink Committee. She also serves on CREW’s Members Only Committee. She is an Accredited Commercial Manager member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she is pursuing the designation of Certified Property Manager and is the chair of the social media committee. Dana is also a board member of Neighbors of Lakewood Estates (NOLE) a local neighborhood association.

When the team isn’t begging Dana for one of her mangos from her 30 fruit trees, she’s spending time with her family and her big, goofy American Foxhound named Ashley Buttercup.
