The new owner, who plans to operate from the location, will also benefit from additional income generated by the tenancy, effectively reducing overhead costs. Beau Langford represented the tenant, Atlantic EQ, in securing an 11,250 square foot industrial space located at 4757 Distribution Dr., Tampa, FL. The lease agreement spans a term of 7 years.
Beau launched a market search effort for the expansion of Atlantic EQ. His diligent negotiations resulted in a lease that not only met the expansion needs of his client but also saved them significant time and money.
