Chris Redfield

Chris is a specialist in the hospitality industry, with a primary focus on the craft brewing, winery, distillery, and cider industries, as well as representation of restaurant and sports bar clients. He is of the belief that every time one of the above opens it’s doors, the world becomes a slightly better place. Services include, but are not limited to new start-ups, existing businesses expanding to add additional locations or upgrades into larger facilities. Chris also helps with exit strategies, including assisting in the sale of successful businesses, or the closure of underperforming locations.

Chris first discovered Tampa Bay in 2020 while visiting friends that relocated to the area and it was love at first sight. After spending the next couple of winters here, he decided to make a permanent move to the Tampa area. He loves all forms of boating, fishing, and is an avid bicycle rider.

As a native of Omaha Nebraska, he brings a natural midwestern friendliness and work ethic to the Tampa real estate market. He has a degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics and has held a Real Estate Brokers license for over 20 years. He is the former Director of Condominium Sales for a large real estate company in Omaha NE, working with developers on the acquisition of land and the marketing & sales of new condominium projects. He later owned and operated a boutique commercial and residential real estate brokerage in Omaha for several years.
